The following Terms of Use for are listed below. We request that you read them prior to submitting any information for Estimate Requests.

User must be at least 18 years old and a homeowner or homeowners representative.

Lead Shop is a referral service and is not representing itself as a contractor, service provider, manufacturer, agent or advisor to you regarding your remodeling project request.

Lead Shop does not endorse, recommend or offer advice as to which contractor is best qualified to service your needs. Our mission is to connect you with qualified, local professionals to provide you with multiple free estimates for your project and allow you the opportunity to compare different proposals.

Lead Shop uses its best efforts to verify the validity of the credentials for each of the contractors that are part of our referral network. We recommend that you perform your own additional due diligence with any professional that you are considering doing business with, since the agreement/contract will be between you and the service professional you select.

User agrees that if they enter into an agreement with a service professional, Lead Shop will be released and held harmless from any disputes, damages or claims that may arise during the project and user further agrees that all disputes and claims will be handled directly between the user and the contracted professional.

User agrees not to use Lead Shop website for the purpose of fraud, deception, harassment or any other use not intended to provide user with referrals for a home remodeling project.

User agrees and understands that Lead Shop has no control over any of the service professionals who participate in our member network. Although we use our best efforts to verify the accuracy and reliability of our members, it is ultimately the responsibility of the user to reaffirm any and all information directly with the service professional before entering into a contractual agreement. We recommend asking to see a copy of their contractor's license, proof of valid liability insurance and a few references from previous customers who have engaged their services.

User agrees that Lead Shop is not liable for any damages arising from or relating to the use of our website. Lead Shop will have no liability for any disputes, damages or legal action that may occur as a result of your relationship with one of our service professionals.

User agrees that Lead Shop and its members, affiliates and partners may use your submitted information to contact you regarding your request for free estimates for your home remodeling project.

User agrees that by submitting a request for free estimates to any of our websites, user agrees to the terms of use as stated above.
